1. The site
This site provides information about the services of Garage BSR Inc. No sales are made online and no appointments are booked online. Appointments are set by phone at (514) 978-9413 or at the shop.
2. Estimates, prices and availability
The service descriptions here are given as a guide and do not constitute a firm offer. What a repair costs depends on the vehicle, the parts required and the shop time involved. You get an estimate before any work begins; only the approved estimate governs.
3. Work and approval
No work starts without your approval. If we find something else along the way, we reach you before carrying on. Timelines can shift with our suppliers' parts availability.
4. Warranties
Parts we install carry their manufacturer's warranty, which covers the defective part — not the labour needed to replace it, nor indirect damages. Your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act are unaffected.
5. Supplier catalogues
The catalogues offered for download belong to their respective suppliers and are published for information. The prices, references and availability they contain may have changed; confirm them with us before ordering.
6. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care with what we publish here, but errors remain possible. Where there is a discrepancy, what we tell you at the shop or on the phone prevails over the site.
7. External links and documents
The site may link to third-party sites or documents outside our control. We accept no responsibility for their content.
8. Intellectual property
The Garage BSR Inc. name, logo and photographs belong to it. Suppliers' trademarks, logos and catalogues remain the property of their owners and are used for information.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability or freedom from error. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits our responsibility for work actually carried out on your vehicle.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec. Any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Beauharnois.
